Digital File License Agreement

SHOEBUTTON ARTISTRY — DIGITAL FILE LICENSE

This license governs your use of any digital file(s) ("the File") purchased from Shoebutton Artistry ("Seller"), including but not limited to 3D-printable mold files, SVGs, and related design assets.

1. Grant of License
Upon purchase, Seller grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the File for the purposes described below. You do not own the File itself — you own a license to use it under these terms.

2. Permitted Uses
You may:

• Use the File to produce physical items (e.g., silicone molds, car fresheners, and similar products) for personal use.
• Sell physical items made using the File, in small-batch or handmade-business quantities (e.g., Etsy, craft fairs, personal storefronts).

3. Prohibited Uses
You may not:

• Resell, share, distribute, sublicense, rent, or give away the File itself, in original or modified form, whether for free or for payment.
• Upload the File (or derivatives of it) to any other marketplace, file-sharing site, or platform for others to download.
• Claim authorship or ownership of the design.
• Use the File to mass-produce items at industrial/factory scale without a separate commercial agreement with Seller.
• Modify the File with the intent of redistributing or reselling it as a "new" design.

4. Ownership
Shoebutton Artistry retains all intellectual property rights to the File. This license does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying design.

5. No Warranty
The File is provided "as is." Seller is not liable for damages, defects, or losses arising from use, printing, or molding of the File.

6. Termination
Violation of these terms automatically terminates the license. Seller reserves the right to pursue remedies available under applicable copyright law.
